Today we celebrate the Feast of the Holy Trinity which is a mystery difficult to comprehend. 5 In the readings for Trinity Sunday, Wisdom is described as being with God right from the beginning. This means that God’s wisdom was part of creating everything. God planned everything with great care and understanding and He even found delight in the human race. We can experience God’s joy by living according to His ways and enjoying what He has created because God wants us to be happy and find joy in life.

When you look at the beauty and order of nature and how everything works together you can not help but see and appreciate God’s careful planning. The readings also tell us that we have peace with God through faith. This means that believing in Jesus helps us be close to God and feel calm and safe. It shows that trust in Jesus is important for a good relationship with God. We also hear that our difficult times can make us stronger and more hopeful and by facing troubles with faith, we become better people and grow closer to God. Hope is important because it keeps us going in hard times. It reminds us that God’s love is always with us, even when things are tough.

By being justified by faith, we are made right with God by believing in Jesus. Relying on Jesus makes our relationship with God stronger. We are also promised the Spirit of truth, and this is the Holy Spirit who helps us understand what is right and true. The Holy Spirit guides us and helps us follow God’s will. Jesus explains that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit share everything. This unity means they work together perfectly as one and there is a close relationship within the Holy Trinity. To most of us the Trinity is a mystery of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Each Person of the Trinity works together in love and purpose, yet each one is a distinct person. The unity of the Trinity is a model for us. Just as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit work together in harmony, we are called to live in unity and share God’s love with others. This is how we can reflect the Trinity’s love in the world. (PC)

Fiesta de la Santísima Trinidad

Hoy celebramos la Fiesta de la Santísima Trinidad, un misterio difícil de comprender. En las lecturas del Domingo de la Trinidad, se describe a la Sabiduría como estar con Dios desde el principio. Esto significa que la sabiduría de Dios formó parte de la creación de todo. Dios planeó todo con gran cuidado y comprensión, e incluso se deleitó en la raza humana. Podemos experimentar la alegría de Dios viviendo según sus caminos y disfrutando de lo que ha creado, porque Dios quiere que seamos felices y encontremos alegría en la vida.

Al contemplar la belleza y el orden de la naturaleza y cómo todo funciona en conjunto, es inevitable ver y apreciar la cuidadosa planificación de Dios. Las lecturas también nos dicen que tenemos paz con Dios mediante la fe. Esto significa que creer en Jesús nos ayuda a estar cerca de Dios y a sentirnos tranquilos y seguros. Muestra que la confianza en Jesús es importante para una buena relación con Dios. También escuchamos que nuestros momentos difíciles pueden hacernos más fuertes y esperanzados, y que al enfrentarlos con fe, nos convertimos en mejores personas y nos acer camos más a Dios. La esperanza es importante porque nos impulsa en los momentos difíciles.

Nos recuerda que el amor de Dios siempre está con nosotros, incluso en las dificultades. Al ser justificados por la fe, somos justificados ante Dios al creer en Jesús. Confiar en Jesús fortalece nuestra relación con Dios. También se nos promete el Espíritu de verdad, el Espíritu Santo, quien nos ayuda a comprender lo que es correcto y verdadero. El Espíritu Santo nos guía y nos ayuda a seguir la voluntad de Dios. Jesús explica que el Padre, el Hijo y el Espíritu Santo lo comparten todo. Esta unidad significa que obran juntos en perfecta armonía y que existe una estrecha relación dentro de la Santísima Trinidad.

Para la mayoría de nosotros, la Trinidad es un misterio del Padre, el Hijo y el Espíritu Santo. Cada Persona de la Trinidad obra junta en amor y propósito, pero cada una es una persona distinta. La unidad de la Trinidad es un modelo para nosotros. Así como el Padre, el Hijo y el Espíritu Santo obran juntos en armonía, estamos llamados a vivir en unidad y compartir el amor de Dios con los demás.
