Dear Parish Family,

May God’s continued blessings be upon you and yours. It is hard to believe that Lent is fast approaching. We have great plans for this coming Lent to help us move more inward, to allow the season to be a time of preparation and repentance.

Please be sure to pay attention to bulletin announcements surrounding our Retreat in Divine Mercy, as well as the opportunity to embark upon this Jubilee Year of Favor by making a pilgrimage to the Holy Doors at St. Mary’s Basilica in Phoenix. You’ll want to sign-up early, as we’ve chartered a bus to take us on our day with a stop also at the Desert Botanical Garden. We also have plans to attend the Chrism Mass with Bishop Dolan and have scheduled a few talks to begin our Holy Week.

I will also be leading a Pilgrimage to Catholic Ireland. We travel October 9-18, 2025 and invite you to consider joining us as we discover the beauty of the Emerald Island, while walking in the footsteps of St. Patrick. Sign-ups are happening now! El próximo tiempo de Cuaresma

Querida familia parroquial,

Que las bendiciones de Dios sigan estando con ustedes y los suyos. Es difícil creer que la Cuaresma se acerca rápidamente. Tenemos grandes planes para esta Cuaresma que nos ayudará a movernos más hacia nuestro interior, para permitir que la temporada sea un tiempo de preparación y arrepentimiento.

Por favor, asegúrese de prestar atención a los anuncios del boletín relacionados con nuestro Retiro en la Divina Misericordia, así como a la oportunidad de embarcarse en este Año Jubilar de Favor haciendo una peregrinación a las Puertas Santas en la Basílica de Santa María en Phoenix. Le recomendamos que se registre temprano, ya que hemos reservado un autobús para llevarnos en nuestro día con una parada también en el Jardín Botánico del Desierto. También tenemos planes de asistir a la Misa Crismal con el Obispo Dolan, y hemos programado algunas charlas para comenzar nuestra Semana Santa.

También dirigiré una peregrinación a la Irlanda católica. Viajaremos del 9 al 18 de octubre de 2025 y lo invitamos a considerar unirse a nosotros mientras descubrimos la belleza de la Isla Esmeralda, mientras caminamos siguiendo los pasos de San Patricio. ¡Las inscripciones están abiertas ahora!
